Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor is best known for his role in the show on television 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. While in college, he started to pursue a passion for acting. In the University of Colorado at Boulder where he was studying acting. He has appeared in both TV and films, however the small screen characters which gained him fame as well as an enormous following. This is not surprising since he has been able grab the attention of viewers by playing characters that are either side of the law. His initial project was a television show, but he later played an officer for the NYPD. For his performances on small screens, he has received numerous nominations for the prestigious Emmy Awards as well as PRISM Awards. He is known by his blue piercing eyes that have been an iconic feature and have helped to create a charismatic character for tough roles. The actor was featured as one of People's Magazine's Sexiest Men Alive in 2006.
